Introduction
These terms govern the marketing site, the dashboard, the SDKs, the API, and notification delivery. Creating an account or using Notifiable also means you agree to the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
The service
Notifiable lets a team register subscribers, send and schedule notifications, segment an audience, run automations, and see whether a notification was delivered, opened, or failed. Plans and limits are described on the pricing page. Delivery depends on Apple, Google, Expo, and the browser. We work to deliver reliably, and we do not guarantee that every device or inbox-equivalent push service will accept every message.
Accounts
Most of the product requires an account. You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or with GitHub, Google, or Apple when those options are available. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping that access to yourself. Tell us if you believe the account has been misused.
A workspace has an owner and members. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the role you give them.
Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Fees are charged in advance for the plan you select. Invoices are issued by Paddle. We do not store your card number.
The owner can ask us to cancel by writing to [email protected]. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and are decided by Paddle.
We may change plan features or prices with notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Acceptable use
Use Notifiable only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other unlawful or deceptive notifications.
- Register subscribers or send messages without a lawful basis.
- Reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, except where the law allows it.
- Circumvent plan limits, or share an account in order to avoid them.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Use a public key, a server API key, or a webhook secret for a purpose it was not given.
Limits and fair use
Each plan has limits, including apps, active subscribers, notifications, members, and workflows. Trying to bypass those limits, or using the API in a way that harms the service, can lead to suspension.
Intellectual property
The Notifiable product, including its software, SDKs, documentation, and brand, belongs to otha&Co or our licensors. You keep the rights to the notification content, subscriber data, and app configuration you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, and deliver that material solely to operate the service.
Data and privacy
We collect account and workspace data to provide the service. We do not sell it. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who receives it.
Availability
Notifiable is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for business losses from downtime, for a push provider rejecting a device, or for data you could have exported and did not. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to. When access ends, you must stop using the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated where that is reasonable. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
