Notifications

Compose once.
Send it to the right people.

A notification is one message for the app’s active environment. Send it now, save a draft, or schedule it. A public key cannot send. A server API key can.

01

Title, message, and a tap

Write a title and a message, add an optional image, and set the path that opens when someone taps. A silent notification carries data and does not show an alert. The composer previews the lock screen for iOS, Android, or both.

02

Choose the audience

Send to everyone, one segment, one subscriber, or everyone who recorded an event. The page shows how many are registered and how many can actually receive. Delivery is queued only for subscribers who are active, permitted, and holding a token.

03

Now, or at their time

Send immediately, at a fixed UTC time, or when that clock time arrives in each subscriber’s timezone. A missing timezone uses UTC. Cancel is available while the notification is still a draft or scheduled.

04

One outcome per subscriber

Delivery records delivered, failed, or skipped for each person. An open is stored the first time they open it. The list shows the audience, the counts, and the open rate once someone was delivered.
