Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the following when you use Notifiable:

• Account information: your name, email address, and the sign-in method you choose. Sign-in is a magic link, or GitHub, Google, or Apple when those providers are offered.
• Workspace content: apps, subscribers, device tokens, notification content, segments, events, automations, and webhooks you create.
• Payment data: collected and processed by Paddle. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage needed to run the product: for example sends, deliveries, opens, and API calls.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and device details, plus the cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
• Product analytics: page views and how the website and dashboard are used. PostHog processes that activity. We associate it with your account after you sign in.
• Support messages: anything you send when you write to us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use your data

We use this information to:

• Give you access to your account, workspaces, and apps.
• Deliver the notifications you send, and record whether they were delivered, opened, or failed.
• Apply your plan limits and process subscriptions.
• Send essential messages, including sign-in links and billing notices.
• Keep the service secure and answer support.
• Understand how the website and dashboard are used, so we can improve them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies so you can stay signed in and so forms stay protected. We do not use advertising cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Data sharing

We share data only with services that help us run Notifiable:

• Paddle, for payment and subscription management.
• GitHub, Google, and Apple, when you choose those providers to sign in.
• Apple, Google, and Expo, to deliver the notifications you send. Those platforms receive the device token and the notification payload required for delivery.
• Resend, to send product email such as magic links and billing notices.
• Hosting and storage providers that run the application and database.
• PostHog, for product analytics on the website and dashboard.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the service or other people, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal data.

Subscribers in your apps

When you connect an app, Notifiable stores the subscribers that app registers: device tokens, push permission, platform, and the events you record. You decide who is registered and which messages are sent. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message those people and for the content you send.

For that subscriber data, you are the controller and Notifiable is the processor. We use it only to provide the service you configure. People outside your workspace cannot read it.

Security

We protect accounts, keys, and stored secrets as described in the Security Disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You can update your name in account settings, and confirm a new email address from a link we send to that address. You can ask us to delete your account and the workspace data we hold for you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Write to [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

Notifiable is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of Notifiable after a change means you accept the updated policy. This version was last updated October 12, 2026.
