One row is one device
iOS, Android, and Web each appear as their own subscriber. A named person shows their name. A device with no name shows as Anonymous. Development and production keep separate lists.
Subscribers
A subscriber is a user or a guest device. The SDK registers it once. Notifiable keeps the token, the permission, and the person it belongs to.

02
The app sends the device with its public key. That key identifies the app and the environment. It cannot send a notification. The same device id updates the existing subscriber, so a retry does not create a second one.
03
Each subscriber is Push enabled, Push denied, or Not asked. Search can find them by name, email, device, or token. A filter can limit the list to one platform or one permission.
04
Request permission asks people who denied notifications, or who have not been asked. The next time that device is saved, the SDK can prompt them. Unsubscribe keeps the subscriber and stops notifications. Subscribe turns them back on.
